Preview notice: these Terms govern the free preview of AtriTap. A fuller version reviewed by a UK solicitor will replace this draft before paid tiers launch.
AtriTap ("we", "us") provides a marketing tracking configuration service at atritap.com. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
AtriTap generates configuration plans and documentation based on the answers you submit during onboarding. Outputs are recommendations. You are responsible for implementing them, for verifying correctness in your environment, and for compliance with any third-party platform's terms (Google, Meta, TikTok, and others).
AtriTap is not a legal, tax, accounting, or compliance service. The configurations we generate assume standard setups; unusual or highly regulated businesses should validate recommendations with qualified advisors.
You agree not to:
Onboarding answers and generated configurations are your content. AtriTap is granted a limited license to store, process, and display them back to you as part of providing the service. We will not sell or share your content with third parties except as needed to operate the service or as required by law.
During preview, AtriTap is provided free of charge. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue preview features at any time. Paid tiers and pricing will be announced separately; existing preview users will be notified by email before any paid feature is enabled.
We aim to keep AtriTap available but do not guarantee specific uptime during preview. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages can occur. We are not liable for disruptions caused by upstream processors (Vercel, Supabase, Google, Resend) that are outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtriTap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the configurations generated will produce any specific business outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtriTap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid by you to AtriTap in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) GBP 50.
You may close your account at any time by emailing us at hello@atritap.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. On termination your personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident elsewhere and entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
